Salary: $152,000 - $209,000

What you will do

• Lead and oversee the scoping and execution of a portfolio of RWE solutions and analytic services in parallel.
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions by defining patient cohort selection criteria and designing specific data models.
• Act as the key liaison between Life Sciences Partnerships, Research Sciences, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Manage and mentor junior solutions and project managers to support customer needs.
• Communicate project progress and strategic decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and standardize processes to improve the speed and quality of project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role within consulting, RWD/RWE, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous client needs into custom technical solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving decision-making.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
