Project Manager, Contract Implementation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, nationwide in the United States; Sacramento, California

Salary: $74,380–$92,975 per year, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses

What you will do

• Coordinate new healthcare contract startup information, updates, timelines, and implementation activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for physician leadership, hospital clients, business opportunity owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support physician leadership and operations with logistics for on-site startup work.
• Prepare reporting on contract status, compliance, modifications, and amendments for management and leadership review.
• Improve startup processes, develop project and task tracking tools, and coordinate with Business Intelligence and Information Technology Solutions on automation.
• Assist with implementing and managing an automated contract management system, creating contract templates, conducting research, and supporting strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PMP certification or active progress toward the PMP Certification Exam is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Jive, and related tools.
• Knowledge of task management with a proven record of meeting project deliverables and timelines.
• Knowledge of project management skills, with strong skills in developing project tools for tracking project and task status.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, follow guidelines and procedures, and propose creative process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively with hirify.global leadership, hospital clients, practice management, revenue cycle management, and other departmental stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex contract implementations and assignments with tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• At least one year of increasingly complex project management experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.
