What you will do

• Develop and execute research deliverables, including screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires.
• Support and execute data review and management processes.
• Collaborate with US-based project teams to complete project tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Manage diaries for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring smooth and timely coordination.
• Document progress thoroughly to support seamless handovers and alignment with project teams.
• Utilize project management software to track and streamline project workflows.

Requirements

• Experience working in a market research agency, with a demonstrated ability across scheduling, fieldwork logistics, and development or review of materials across the project lifecycle.
• Ability to manage tasks across qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills, particularly for collaborating across shifts and time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
