TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3x per week in office) in Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, or New York, NY

What you will do

  • Develop tailored activation strategies for clients with low engagement or utilization to improve performance.
  • Manage a small book of business while dynamically supporting high-priority clients based on business needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Data, Design, and Content teams to execute communication strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify and implement opportunities for improved awareness and program utilization.
  • Lead client activation efforts by securing approvals for best-practice marketing programs and campaign tests.
  • Act as a strategic advisor in client conversations, providing data-driven recommendations to influence decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B2C marketing models and supporting client accounts in client-facing roles.
  • Strong ability to use data to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Chicago, Dallas, or New York.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
