What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Manage fieldwork processes, including one-to-one interviews and group moderating.
• Develop research materials and deliver insight presentations directly to clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients to provide methodology and analysis recommendations.
• Support the preparation of project proposals, including methodology and value sections.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a market research role specifically within the pharma space.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships through project delivery.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Wandsworth office 3 days a week.
