Salary: $117,500 — $176,300 USD

What you will do
- Deploy new server and infrastructure hardware across data center locations.
- Perform hardware break/fix activities, including replacing drives, RAM, CPUs, and power supplies.
- Troubleshoot and support existing infrastructure to ensure production environments remain stable and operational.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle tracking records.
- Support vendor RMA processes and coordinate hardware returns and replacements.
- Assist in documenting and refining operational processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a production data center environment.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting server hardware.
- Experience replacing hardware components such as drives, RAM, CPUs, motherboards, and power supplies.
- Familiarity with asset management tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of vendor RMA processes.
- Valid driver’s license required.
