What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of client revenue, including revenue and project cost recognition, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Generate, review, and send client invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Process client onboarding onto the finance system and ensure correct data and documents are on file.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Support month-end closing processes by timely recording of revenue and providing forecast to actual variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate revenue forecast for assigned clients.

Requirements

  • SAIPA or ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue recognition, sales order management, and accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of agency billing practices and media/marketing industry experience.
