Sr Consultant, OCM (Organizational Change Management) (life sciences): Client-facing consulting to plan, lead, and implement advisory projects across process and system excellence with an accent on organizational change management (OCM), training/deployment, and quality/compliance deliverables. Focus on driving engagement timelines and deliverables, gathering business requirements, and supporting solution design and implementation in a global, interdisciplinary environment.

What you will do

  • Plan, lead, and implement specified client advisory projects, representing hirify.global in addressing client needs.
  • Drive project planning and management (PMO), including business requirements gathering (research, interviews, workshops) and roadmap/case development.
  • Support process optimization and solution design/implementation, including innovative system design and system validation.
  • Deliver organizational change management (OCM), including training development and deployment (e-learning and instructor-led).
  • Contribute to quality and compliance activities, including user requirements specifications, user acceptance testing, and change control-related work.
  • Handle internal responsibilities such as budget/SOW management and support marketing/business development and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: must be based in the United Kingdom (remote role).
  • 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry and a solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for working with global and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
  • Ability to lead and take accountability for timelines, deliverables, and quality of work (including oversight of other consultants’ deliverables).
