What you will do

• Maintain governance structures and prepare materials for SteerCos and assurance forums.
• Monitor project logs including risks and issues using ServiceNow and RAID dashboards.
• Track delivery progress, milestones, dependencies, and benefits across the portfolio.
• Assist with monthly cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
• Identify process improvements and support lessons-learned sessions to enhance delivery performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Edinburgh or Stirling, UK.
• Extensive experience as a PMO Analyst within a business change or transformation environment.
• Foundational understanding of financial principles including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Solid understanding of governance frameworks and delivery controls.
• Ability to work across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
