What you will do
- Lead and manage analytics programs from inception, including solution design and quality testing.
- Drive revenue growth by owning client relationships and drafting SOWs for new initiatives.
- Develop and lead new points of view (POVs) and innovation initiatives in the Pharma domain.
- Design analytics solutions to solve complex business problems on both the BD and supply sides.
- Mentor and develop delivery teams, serving as a Professional Development Manager.
- Manage project finances, including monitoring progress, risk, and client invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, CS, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, strategy, and consulting.
- Deep expertise in commercial pharmaceutical use cases and life sciences industry.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R, Python, and AWS.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Executive-level communication and people management skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with IQVIA, Veeva, or Symphony.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications.
