What you will do
- Manage the corporate sales targeting process by evaluating markets and promotional opportunities through collaboration with the field sales organization.
- Provide technical expertise to the field sales organization through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and surgical case support.
- Work with the field sales organization to meet with clients to identify their clinical needs and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure the field sales organization remains engaged and focused on driving success with the product line.
- Provide inputs to annual marketing and training agenda.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree.
- Strong understanding of the orthopaedic industry.
- Knowledge of the market nationally.
- Ability to interact with surgeons and sales personnel.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
