Location: Remote, US

Salary: $115,000 to $130,000 annually, plus bonuses.

What you will do

• Oversee a region of current clients to upsell additional service offerings.
• Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBR's) to clients.
• Work with Aya's fulfillment team to ensure client positions are filled promptly.
• Grow market share with current clients.
• Serve as the expert for qualifying new sales opportunities through systematic discovery of business opportunities.
• Structure detailed strategic plans for building relationships with key stakeholders and "C" level executives within client healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of business development experience in the locums healthcare staffing industry is required.
• A minimum of 7+ years as a top performer within business is required.
• An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed.
• Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business.
• Proof of selling enterprise-level staffing programs to all healthcare staffing leadership levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
