Key Account Director (Fintech)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $150,000–$310,000 per year, plus commission with uncapped commission potential.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans to acquire, qualify, and close new customers, including banks, credit unions, and independent mortgage bankers.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline valued at 3–4 times the assigned quota.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, customer RFPs, and buying committees of approximately 5–10 stakeholders.
• Expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide mortgage-market insights to the product team and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in the mortgage industry or selling enterprise software and fintech solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and creative solution-development skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders through persuasion and negotiation.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
