What you will do

• Provide guidance, structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Advise on federal healthcare laws, data privacy laws, and company data governance practices.
• Assist in managing litigation, disputes, and external counsel.
• Support internal investigations in the U.S., including interviews and fact development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Finance, HR, Operations, QA/RA, and business teams.
• Lead and support special projects as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and JD required.
• License to practice law in at least one U.S. state in good standing.
• 7+ years of experience working with commercial contracts as an in-house corporate attorney or with a law firm.
• Demonstrated experience handling a broad range of corporate legal matters, particularly commercial contracting.
• Federal Healthcare Law experience, including Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and other data privacy laws, FDA law and regulations.
• Experience working directly with internal clients and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with data privacy, employment, and/or litigation matters.
• Experience with IP-related matters.
