Salary: $95,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Handle legal matters for assigned hirify.global business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including license, reseller, service, technology development, and NDAs.
• Lead structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to advise internal clients and support business growth.
• Interact with customers, vendors, partners, and external counsel on negotiations and disputes.
• Review legal trends and risks in the regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of US healthcare law, including HIPAA, data privacy, and security
• Familiarity with technology and software license agreements
• 3+ years experience from a respected firm or company
• JD Degree and active membership in good standing of a State Bar
• Strong business judgment, drafting skills, and ability to work independently or in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills for providing clear legal advice

Nice to have

• International contracting experience, including GDPR and UK privacy laws
• International medical device regulatory or contracting experience
• Familiarity with CCPA and other state privacy laws
