TL;DR

Director, Business Development (Healthcare IT): Building and growing relationships with health systems to expand Aya’s Health Information Technology (HIT) and non-clinical workforce solutions with an accent on solving complex technology and operational workforce challenges. Location: Remote, US

Salary: $130,000 annually, plus incentive plan

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic networking plans to penetrate target markets and win new business.
  • Identify and engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, and other senior technology and operational leaders within health systems.
  • Present Aya’s full suite of HIT and non-clinical workforce solutions, including staff augmentation, managed services, project-based delivery, and SOW capabilities.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape service offerings, pricing models, delivery structures, and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across the HIT landscape.
  • Work closely with internal PMO, recruiting, legal, compliance, and finance to orchestrate enterprise-level engagements and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted).
  • At least 10 years of proven sales success in HIT, non-clinical workforce solutions, SaaS, or technology services environments.
  • Strong track record selling to C-level executives within large healthcare organizations.
  • Experience selling complex services, including staff augmentation, managed services, SOW/project delivery, or professional services.
  • Deep understanding of solution design, pricing strategies, SOW structuring, and enterprise negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
