What you will do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting through telephone, ticketing systems, and chat.
- Own assigned incidents from initial report through resolution and maintain clear customer communication.
- Build expertise in core technologies and at least one specialized technology area.
- Educate customers on software functionality, best practices, and product updates.
- Document software issues, design concerns, and reliability challenges for internal teams.
- Participate in team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and special projects.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably supporting B2B enterprise customers.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing customer needs, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze software functionality and system performance issues while maintaining accurate support records.
Nice to have
- Experience with property management software or a related industry.
- Familiarity with knowledge base systems and documentation best practices.
