What you will do

• Secure capacity for loads and monitor shipment status, updating the system and notifying stakeholders.
• Set up new locations and vendors, ensuring accurate vendor profiles and shipping information.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers through timely communications.
• Manage accounts receivables within specified guidelines.
• Maintain current customer rates in the Transportation Management System and keep fuel surcharge information up-to-date.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience, Entry Level.
• Must be open to 5 days in office in Little Rock, Arkansas

Nice to have

• Completed College degree or scheduled to Graduate in May 2026.
• Transportation/Logistics experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Tools or Google Suite.
