TL;DR

CSM Team Lead (IoT): Managing post-sales relationships for top enterprise accounts and leading the North American Customer Success team with an accent on value realization and operational excellence. Location: Remote (USA). Must be available to work according to East Coast (U.S.) business hours

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the US Customer Success team to ensure high performance.
  • Manage post-sales relationships with top enterprise accounts, focusing on IoT and mobility.
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and operational processes for the CS organization.
  • Monitor KPIs including retention, churn, expansion, and customer health.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and manage strategic customer success plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • Availability to work according to East Coast (U.S.) business hours is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Operations in mission critical services.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring customer-facing teams.
  • Proven experience managing channel partners, resellers, and indirect customer relationships.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and managing strategic enterprise accounts.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of mobile connectivity, IoT, eSIM technologies, and enterprise mobility solutions.
