What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize high-growth AI and Robotics revenue opportunities among startups and established customers.
  • Convert emerging use cases into repeatable sales motions to accelerate top-line revenue.
  • Own opportunity qualification and deal strategy to ensure focus on scalable, funded customers.
  • Position NXP solutions as commercial value propositions to win competitive socket placement.
  • Collaborate with product lines, business development, and engineering to manage the pipeline through to volume production.
  • Build relationships with economic buyers and executives to expand share of wallet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management within the semiconductor or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and design wins in disruptive markets.
  • Technical credibility to engage with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel more than 30%.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Austin, San Jose, or San Diego.
