What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial partners.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across various regions, verticals, and campaign types.
  • Drive new business revenue and scale existing client accounts to increase repeat revenue.
  • Create professional proposals, pitch materials, and comprehensive commercial strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from initial commercial discussions to handover.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, account management, media sales, affiliate/performance marketing, or sponsored partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and closing high-value commercial partnerships.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build confidence and trust with clients.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to pitch creatively.
  • International or global commercial experience is a plus.

Hiring process

  • Interviews with the Line Manager and Head of Business Operations (30 mins each).
