What you will do

• Secure and manage long-term, revenue-driving partnerships.
• Grow league partnerships portfolio and ensure deal success.
• Set and execute business growth strategy with senior leadership.
• Liaise between hirify.global, New York Times sales teams, and strategic partners.
• Develop creative strategies to expand commercial business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, product, editorial, design, marketing) for operational excellence.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree + 8 years in business development and partnerships operations; MBA a plus.
• Experience in advertising sales and/or media business development.
• Experience working with rights holders and sports leagues.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment with colleagues in New York, San Francisco, North America, and internationally.
• This is a remote-based role in the United States.
