Affiliate Manager (AI)

hirify.global is expanding its marketing team.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners.
• Oversee affiliate programs and networks such as Awin and Adcell, including contracts, budgets, and invoices.
• Set up and maintain technical integrations and campaign tracking systems.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate and influencer campaigns against CVR, CAC, CPA, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers on creative briefs and marketing materials.
• Test new advertising channels, conduct market research, coordinate industry publications, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin and Adcell.
• Strong negotiation, budget management, partnership-building, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience managing performance-based campaigns and analyzing data with marketing analytics tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Similarweb, and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Strategic, creative, and data-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, insurance, or similar environments.
• Fluent written and spoken German.
