What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, and new media partners.
• Oversee performance via in-house programs and affiliate networks such as Awin and Adcell.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and handle invoicing.
• Launch and optimize affiliate and influencer campaigns to meet KPIs (CVR, CAC, CPA, ROI).
• Analyze performance data using tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, and Similarweb.
• Explore and test new advertising channels including TV, radio, B2B, and OOH.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, Adcell).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
