🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B sales; own discovery calls and closes.
• Proven pipeline ownership and drive to win.
• Confident in calls with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, VPs, Directors.
• Founder-level grit; self-sufficient; no hand-holding.
• Strongly preferred: tech startup or home services sales.
