TL;DR
Account Executive (B2B SaaS): Proactively prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers for secure Virtual Data Room platform in the US market with an accent on building and managing sales pipelines. Fully remote role based in the Minneapolis area requiring travel to client sites for in-person consultations. Joining US Field Sales team (NYC, Chicago, Boston, Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami).
Compensation: $58,520 - $194,280 (55% base salary; 45% performance-based variable).

What you will do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the Minneapolis region
- Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
- Build and manage a proactive pipeline of 50+ opportunities, targeting strategic US accounts
- Execute sales and marketing strategy for the US market
- Arrange M&A events to enhance visibility
- Deliver product presentations, negotiate, and close deals
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth
Requirements
- 1.5–2 years of success in direct B2B sales or business development
- Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
- Track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Exceptional business communication for pitches and client discovery
- Native-level English proficiency
- University degree with strong GPA
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security
- Fluency in an additional language
