What you will do
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Identify and qualify new leads using CRM tools and sales platforms.
- Refine reporting and sales tracking capabilities within the CRM system.
- Analyze market feedback to inform product strategy and market positioning.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies based on industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine marketing and sales materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in direct client-facing roles managing mid-market relationships.
- Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-departmental processes simultaneously.
- Must be based in the USA.
