What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers dedicated to the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Manage complex data-driven technical projects and drive high performance using Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban).
• Support the ingestion and processing of real-time streaming events to enhance customer segmentation and automated journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure successful planning and execution of critical SaaS initiatives.
• Hire, mentor, and grow passionate engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of proven track record leading software teams in a data-driven environment.
• Experience with Java, Go, React, AWS, CI/CD, and MySQL.
• Track record of design and implementation for scaling large SaaS systems.
• Experience with real-time data streaming, Apache Flink, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
