Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Manage and grow a senior team of Solutions Engineers through live deal coaching and strategic hiring.
• Set and uphold high standards for enterprise discovery, technical evaluations, and successful rollouts.
• Partner with Sales as a technical counterpart to shape deal strategy and architecture for complex enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn concrete customer use cases into product direction.
• Stay current on cloud, DevOps, networking, and security trends to sharpen team technical instincts.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical people as a working manager.
• Proven track record in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
• Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals, including AWS VPCs and Azure virtual networks.
• Hands-on technical background in developer tooling, DevOps principles, and modern cloud architectures (CI/CD, APIs).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Clear and confident communication skills to explain complex systems simply.
