What you will do

• Lead a full-stack Growth and Experimentation team.
• Build a horizontal platform to accelerate product adoption and innovation for new and existing hirify.global products.
• Foster a safe, highly transparent, and high-performance team culture.
• Drive clarity on strategy and partner with product managers, data analysts, and product designers.
• Chart quarterly and long-term team roadmaps.
• Ensure the team executes to meet current customer needs and stays ahead of technological trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience building SaaS applications and products.
• Track record of leading technical teams.
• Experience working with modern distributed build systems, IDEs, and cloud-based developer environments.
• Proven experience with authoring roadmap documents, project plans, and RCAs.
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate, and mentor both experienced and junior engineers.
• A strategic mindset and a strong sense of what to prioritize for maximum impact.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
