What you will do

• Perform autonomous structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures using STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Apply expert seismic and wind load analysis per IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC codes.
• Lead QA/QC, peer reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
• Conduct field walks to evaluate conditions and verify installations in industrial environments.
• Advance structural workflows and adopt BIM technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis); Master’s preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years in structural engineering for industrial/high-tech facilities.
• Expert in US building codes and seismic provisions.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
• Physical ability to stand extended periods and navigate industrial sites via ladders.

Nice to have

• Structural Engineer (SE) license.
• Master’s degree.
