Salary: $53,000 - $65,000

What you will do

• Execute operational tasks for North American teams, providing geographical focus guidance and ensuring data accuracy.
• Update and maintain internal tools, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare presentation slides and support operational cadences.
• Ensure analytical rigor in reporting and processes across the organization.
• Support knowledge sharing and drive the adoption of the team knowledge base.

Requirements

• Strong data retrieval, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Ability to collaborate with local and global stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Must be based in New York, US to accommodate the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards).
• Experience with BI tools like Looker.
