Senior Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ICT Specialist (SAP PLM)

Location: Belgium, Poland, Portugal, or Spain; willingness to travel 10% required.

What you will do

• Implement and roll out HQ-selected SAP PLM and QM applications across hirify.global subsidiaries.
• Analyze local processes, manage organizational changes, protect global templates, and implement country-specific localizations.
• Coordinate key users, support data migration, testing, system acceptance, documentation, training, reporting, and post-go-live transition.
• Provide functional SAP third-line support and write specifications for approved change requests.
• Identify optimization and best-practice opportunities, implement additional functionality, and organize post-implementation reviews.
• Manage medium-sized to large projects, support functional analysis and proof-of-concept work, and coach junior domain specialists.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SAP PLM and QM, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with product lifecycle management in process industries, including recipe-based production, regulatory and product safety, and traceability analysis.
• Systems integration experience, including APIs, plus several proven project life cycles.
• At least 7 years of ICT experience.
• Strong communication, training, initiative, teamwork, flexibility, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrated modules, LIMS, RPA or agentic AI, Outsystems, Power BI, or application development.
• Additional language skills.
