What you will do

• Gather business requirements and configure SAP PLM Recipe Development, Specification Management, and Handover to Manufacturing.
• Align recipe development with SAP modules including PP-PI, QM, and MM.
• Translate R&D formulations and parameters into structured master data.
• Facilitate Engineering Change Management (ECM) and document management systems (DMS).
• Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and guide key business users through testing and go-live deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP PLM and Recipe Development.
• Completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, ideally including S/4HANA.
• Domain expertise in process manufacturing, specifically Pharmaceuticals and Food & Beverage.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Client.
• English: B2+ required.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Georgia, or Poland.
