SAP PLM Recipe Development Consultant

What you will do

• Gather business requirements and configure SAP PLM Recipe Development, Specification Management, and Handover to Manufacturing.
• Align recipe development with PP-PI, Quality Management, and Materials Management.
• Translate R&D formulations and parameters into structured master data for production.
• Facilitate Engineering Change Management for recipe revisions and support document management systems.
• Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and guide business users through testing and go-live.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP PLM and Recipe Development.
• At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, ideally including SAP S/4HANA migrations or deployments.
• Domain expertise in process manufacturing, particularly pharmaceuticals and food and beverage.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Client.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect technical teams and R&D stakeholders.
• English at B2+ level.
