What you will do

• Drive AI capability development by upskilling internal teams and establishing best practices.
• Empower consultants to design and build AI agents within the SAP ecosystem.
• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges and prioritize high-value solutions.
• Manage engagement scope, expectations, and multiple deliverables in a dynamic project environment.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams.
• Present architectural and functional solutions to executives and key decision-makers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering SAP SD/MM implementations in client-facing engagements.
• Familiarity with SAP AI solutions and frameworks, including SAP Business AI, Joule, and GenAI-assisted workflows.
• Strong presentation, communication, scope management, and requirements prioritization skills.
• Ability to connect business requirements with technical team deliverables and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Full professional English fluency at B2+ level, written and spoken.
