What you will do

• Develop AI capabilities by upskilling internal teams, establishing best practices, and enabling consultants to design and build AI agents.
• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges and prioritize high-value solutions.
• Manage engagement scope, client expectations, and solution priorities.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
• Present architectural and functional solutions to executives and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate multiple deliverables in a dynamic, cross-functional project environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM implementations and client-facing engagements.
• Familiarity with SAP AI solutions and frameworks, including SAP Business AI, Joule, and GenAI-assisted workflows.
• Strong presentation, communication, scope management, requirements prioritization, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience bridging business requirements and technical team deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Full professional English proficiency at B2+ level, written and spoken.
