What you will do
- Plan and manage sales activities including demonstrations, seminars, and concept promotions.
- Engage key customers to leverage the company's portfolio through product innovation and development ideas.
- Develop and propose growth plans based on comprehensive market assessments.
- Execute tailored sales strategies and coordinate the launch of new products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Technical and Product Development departments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of overall work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Key Account Specialist, preferably in the Food or FMCG industry.
- Sound business development knowledge of national brand retail or large account business models.
- Experience in managing business targets, budgets, and portfolios.
- Proficient business level of English.
