What you will do

• Implement and roll out HQ-selected applications for R&D and Quality in subsidiaries.
• Analyze existing processes and facilitate organizational changes to align with global templates.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key users, gathering feedback and proposing new solutions.
• Provide functional 3rd line support for SAP applications in collaboration with the Global Support Team.
• Develop functional specifications for approved change requests and optimize system usage.
• Build key user communities to share best practices and increase application adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ICT experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PLM and QM domains, preferably on SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with product lifecycle management in process industries (recipe-based production, regulatory safety, traceability).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).

Nice to have

• Experience with LIMS, Automation (RPA), or Agentic AI.
• Application development experience.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP.
