What you will do

• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions from global product delivery teams to support, AMS, and professional services organizations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, support playbooks, triage guides, and process workflows for Brazil Tax Reform.
• Coordinate cross-functional transition activities across GPD, GSD, AMS, and QA teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Support hypercare activities, including triage leadership and issue resolution coordination for pre- and post-go-live phases.
• Contribute to solution design and QA validation by reviewing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
• Act as a liaison between scrum teams and support organizations to resolve gaps in process clarity or technical understanding.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP experience in FI, MM, or SD modules.
• Deep familiarity with Brazil-specific tax and regulatory contexts (IBS, CBS).
• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and conversational).
• Background in transition management, knowledge transfer, or cross-functional coordination.
• Strong ability to create structured technical documentation and process flows.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
