What you will do

• Lead process optimization and digital tool enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-functional projects by setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
• Support the full system lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA commercial modules, including design and testing.
• Provide training and clear communication to stakeholders to support change adoption.
• Analyze complex issues to provide actionable feedback and performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA commercial modules.
• English proficiency: C1 level required.
• Experience working on impactful short-term projects (4–6 months).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
