What you will do

• Orchestrate outreach and segmentation of lead flow to identify high-value opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to translate vague business problems into specific AI-driven technical requirements.
• Perform AI feasibility analysis to determine if solutions are technically possible and economically viable.
• Lead 2-week Rapid Validation Sprints (RVS) to prove technical viability of proposed solutions.
• Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Manage the sales pipeline and client communications using HubSpot and Monday.com.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Monday.com for organizing tasks, sprints, and timelines.
• Experience with HubSpot automation, workflows, and platform management.
• Ability to utilize Claude Code for automations and workflow simplification.
• Must be based in the United States
