What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage C-suite stakeholders in Fortune 1000 organizations to build a high-velocity sales pipeline for AI advisory and training initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end sales process from outreach and discovery to contract negotiations, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Translate client challenges into actionable AI roadmaps and scope solutions in partnership with design and delivery teams.
- Provide hands-on support as subject matter expert during project delivery to ensure successful deployment of AI strategies and workforce transformations.
- Optimize sales workflows in HubSpot, leveraging data for funnel management and revenue forecasting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Manage executive relationships post-sale for account expansion and alignment with evolving business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or consulting, focused on professional services, preferably AI, data, or digital.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for C-suite interactions.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and commercial acumen for complex procurement.
- Technical literacy in AI, data science, and machine learning to translate features into business outcomes.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot for pipeline management and reporting.
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
