TL;DR

Growth Account Executive (AI/HRtech): Driving revenue growth and brand awareness for an AI-powered recruiting platform with an accent on full-cycle sales and content-driven distribution. Location: Remote or on-site in Reston or Sterling, Virginia (USA). Relocation assistance available.

Salary: $350K OTE (base + variable + bonus)

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle sales including qualification, demos, pilots, and closing deals.
  • Develop and iterate on GTM strategies, positioning, and narratives in collaboration with the founders.
  • Run growth experiments to test new products, messages, and ICPs via lead magnets and landing pages.
  • Build a strong personal and company brand on LinkedIn to drive inbound leads.
  • Turn customer success stories into market-facing content and distribution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales execution and quota achievement.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and build systems without a predefined playbook.
  • Experience with high-signal content creation and outbound distribution.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to the United States.
