TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Supporting and growing a large portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts for a conversational AI platform with an accent on scalable engagement and retention. Focus on building repeatable playbooks, optimizing onboarding flows, and utilizing AI-driven health signals to reduce churn.

Location: 100% Remote outside of Canada (Brazil). Must be prepared to work standard business hours based on Pacific Time.

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume book of SMB and mid-market accounts using scaled touchpoints.
  • Design and execute scalable engagement programs such as email sequences, webinars, and in-app flows.
  • Build and optimize repeatable playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Monitor usage and health signals to proactively intervene and reduce churn.
  • Track key KPIs including adoption and retention using tools like Vitally and Intercom.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business and optimizing CS workflows.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with Vitally, Intercom, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work Pacific Time (PT) business hours.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
