TL;DR

Account Director, Digital Natives Growth (AI): Drive sales opportunities through the full cycle for AI products targeting digital native customers with an accent on account planning, revenue targets, and customer expansion. Location: Based in San Francisco, CA. Hybrid model of 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance offered to new employees.

Salary: $290K USD + equity

What you will do

  • Manage portfolio of customer accounts with comprehensive strategies from engagement to renewal
  • Develop accounts through pipeline generation, discovery, evaluation, and adoption
  • Partner with solutions and research engineering on complex customer programs and projects
  • Own revenue targets and manage forecasts
  • Analyze account metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Monitor industry landscape to inform product roadmap and strategies
  • Collaborate across sales, solutions, marketing, operations, finance, product, and engineering

Requirements

  • 9+ years selling and renewing SaaS/PaaS
  • Managing and growing customer relationships across full lifecycle
  • Developing accounts from early sales to deployment
  • Designing and executing complex deal strategies
  • Working with C-level executives
  • Communicating technical concepts to customers and stakeholders
  • Gathering and processing market, industry, and competitor intelligence
