What you will do

  • Strategically lead territory portfolios, aligning teams and managing levers like pricing and underwriting to impact business results.
  • Lead and empower a team of professionals to provide accurate and timely business information.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets and meet membership needs.
  • Build productive relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and regulatory bodies (DOIs).
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver and launch competitive insurance products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor rate changes, loss trends, and regulatory shifts to ensure successful product filings.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products and pricing in P&C insurance.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading product management teams.
  • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and expert negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • CPCU certification.
  • Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS).
