What you will do
- Strategically lead territory portfolios, aligning teams and managing levers like pricing and underwriting to impact business results.
- Lead and empower a team of professionals to provide accurate and timely business information.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets and meet membership needs.
- Build productive relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and regulatory bodies (DOIs).
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver and launch competitive insurance products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor rate changes, loss trends, and regulatory shifts to ensure successful product filings.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products and pricing in P&C insurance.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
- 3+ years of experience leading product management teams.
- Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and expert negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- CPCU certification.
- Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS).
