What you will do

• Define and manage the enterprise AI product roadmap, prioritizing use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
• Drive value realization through automation, cost savings, cycle time improvements, and enhanced customer experience.
• Establish and enforce AI governance standards aligned with NIST principles, focusing on trustworthiness, transparency, and accountability.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to assess AI risk levels and ensure regulatory alignment in underwriting and claims.
• Monitor AI solution performance, data quality, and operational impact, including drift and model accuracy.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, IT engineering, and data/AI teams to deliver scalable capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives between business and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of AI, analytics, or automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks, preferably NIST.
• Must be based in the US (implied by corporate jurisdiction and regulatory requirements).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
