What you will do
- Define and govern Group Benefits value streams, product operating model, and execution priorities.
- Lead a team of Product Managers, aligning with IT, operations, and enterprise partners for multi-year transformation.
- Translate business strategy into actionable operations roadmaps and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Establish operational performance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement across units.
- Champion agile, product-led delivery of modernization efforts, including AI capabilities and regulatory compliance.
- Represent operating model in steering committees and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years in Group Benefits, insurance, or regulated industries with end-to-end operating models expertise
- Demonstrated leadership in complex cross-functional Agile initiatives (SAFe preferred) and Product Operating Models
- Deep knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and emerging technologies like AI
- Experience building transformation strategies, influencing senior leaders, and driving adoption at scale
- High technical fluency in platforms, automation, and data without hands-on engineering
- Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
