What you will do

• Prototype AI solutions daily using LLMs, AI coding assistants, and computer-use agents to accelerate delivery.
• Define product vision and strategy for major areas, leveraging AI to replace or improve manual workflows.
• Lead a high-velocity squad consisting of a PM and two AI-enabled engineers with full ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct customer-centric discovery with underwriters and brokers to validate prototypes before full development.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on AI tooling strategy, API evaluations, and technical feasibility.
• Mentor junior product managers on AI-first development practices and continuous experimentation.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of product management experience in technology-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants) to build and prototype real solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
