Director, Cyber & Tech E&O Product Line Leader (Cybersecurity): Lead and implement strategic vision for Cyber and Tech E&O insurance product lines with an accent on profitability, growth, and underwriting strategies. Focus on product development, portfolio management, account referrals, negotiations, auditing, and training underwriters on industry trends and emerging risks.
Location: offices in New York NY, Irvine CA, Woodland Hills CA, Chicago IL, San Francisco CA or Hybrid model as required. US Work Authorization required. does not provide visa sponsorship.
Salary: $162,800 - $223,850/year with a 55% incentive.

What you will do
- Assist in product development, strategy, and portfolio management of Cyber/Technology Liability products.
- Manage account referrals from underwriters and assist in broker negotiations on structure, premiums, retentions, and terms.
- Draft and maintain product language and endorsements.
- Conduct account auditing and ensure compliance.
- Work with senior leadership to achieve financial goals and optimize underwriting.
- Provide training on industry trends and collaborate with Claims, Actuarial, and Regulatory teams.
- Attend marketing visits, broker meetings, and events (25% travel).
Requirements
- 8+ years in underwriting, claims, or brokering in Cyber/Technology Liability or Professional Liability; managerial experience a plus.
- Four-year degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, emerging risks, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; high energy and strong work ethic.
- 25% travel required; work in office or Hybrid as required.
