Salary: $97,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Execute multi-year state and portfolio strategies for personal lines within alternative distribution channels to meet growth and profitability goals.
• Manage portfolio performance, focusing on pricing, underwriting appetite, product structure, and P&L outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on API-enabled distribution models and ensure seamless partner ecosystem integration.
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting to guide strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, underwriting, actuarial, legal, and technology.
• Maintain regulatory relationships and ensure compliance with state-specific insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, actuarial science, or mathematics (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in insurance, underwriting, or product management roles.
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products, pricing architecture, and regulatory environments.
• Strong background in portfolio management and state-level insurance product ownership.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into business strategy.
• Must be based in the United States

• Experience with API-driven distribution models or digital insurance ecosystems.
• Professional designations such as CPCU or similar credentials.
