What you will do

  • Lead full product lifecycle for Statutory Disability and PFML, from design and implementation to optimization and renewals.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into product, operational, and system strategies, ensuring compliance across states.
  • Develop and execute product filings, coordinating with Legal and Compliance.
  • Monitor product performance, market intelligence, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, Marketing, Sales, and other teams on pricing, go-to-market, and launches.
  • Drive cross-functional governance, prioritization, and operational readiness for product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management within employee benefits, with expertise in PFML, statutory disability, and multi-state regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related (MS/MBA preferred).
  • Strong agile methodologies, project management, and product filings experience.
  • Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven leadership in matrixed environments, influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel ~10–15%.
